Notes:
For the purposes of this RFE, this internationalization is complete.
However, not all source was internationalized. Source not internationlized
follows:
Any code that was #ifdef'ed out becuase of options we're not using (e.g.
NSIS_CONFIG_WINAMPHACKCHECK).
A lot of strings that won't be seen by the end user (e.g. script compiler
strings).
Internationalization:
ONLY _MBCS support was added, as we are not shipping a UNICODE-only
product. The installer is NOT Unicode-ready.
