EVALUATION

The SystemTray and TrayIcon implementations allow for images, such as GIFs and PNGs with transparent regions. However, regions of semi-transparency (0 < alpha < 100), get treated as fully opaque. This is because the TrayIcon class only supports 1-bit transparency on some windows platforms. Fix is to add the capability to support alpha transparency. This has been fixed in 7. Backporting it to 6-pool as there is a customer escalation. Refer - https://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_print.show?c_rptno=13539280
