Description
In the Rotate panel of JAI Demo, rotate the image by 70 degrees, select
"Extend borders by copying edges", then click the "Nearest Neighbor" and
"Bilnear" or "Bicubic" buttons back and forth, you all see that the edges
of the visible portion of the destination image are shifting.

This happened no matter mediaLib was used or not.

Evaluation
The shift does seem to be the case. However the algorithm as implemented,
follows the specification that was decided upon. So this could be
expected behaviour. I'm still not happy with the result and hence
further investigation is ongoing.
