This newly proposed APIs will test if a paper size defined in
PageFormat is available on a printer.

|
This requirement is already expected to be implemented in merlin as
part of the printer attributes and capabilities API additions and
consequently is really subsumed by RFE 4285177
This is subject to the input of the printing expert group (JSR-006) but
we would expect to provide an enuemration of the paper sizes supported by
the printer.
