Description
JavaDoc & JavaSound Prog. Guide describe "Ports" but they're not implemented.

This is very confusing to developers because there is no mention, (that I'm aware of), that Ports are not yet implemented. There is no formal documentation of the necessary workaraounds. The mysterious absence of Ports, despite published documentation, helps give Java Sound its quality of being an abandoned idea.

	The Java Sound Guide has been updated to include a hint that Ports aren't implemented. Javadoc is not supposed to include comments about a specific implementation.
