Problem : Unlocalised strings in Win2000 install:
The following strings appear in English during win2000 install:
1,) At the beginning, the following from the license page :
" you must accept the following before installing."
and after install:
" Installation complete. Do you wish to view Readme.html ?"
Both these appear in the GUI of the installer
