Description
Problem: 

With Merlin, the JRE size is > 8MB, which is totally unacceptable for end users to download.

Solution: 

Reduce the JRE size by removing unnecessary tools and class libraries, as well as using a small footprint installer.

EVALUATION

This bug is not a duplicate of 4629969 and should not have been
closed, see my Comments in the Comments section. Instead is a duplicate of 4192071.

It is a problem with InstallShield and upgrade to newer version IS7.0 will fix 
this problem.
