Synopsis Failure to install JPI with XP Home on 60GB FAT32 hard drive
Category java:install

Description
There is no compression on the C drive. I have only one partition on a 60
GIG drive.
I have never ever seen an out of disk space on this computer except for
removeable disk drives. Also, the problem appears to be when the automatic
download and install occurs under IE 6.0. I downloaded the plugin exe
manually
in Netscape 6.2 and ran the install fine from the commandline. It installed
for both Netscape and IE 6.0 using that method.

Evaluation
I upgraded a system from Win 2000 to Xp and tried installing the plugin. I
didnot face any out of disk problem.

But the bugtraq says it is upgraded from windows ME to Xp.

But it should not make a difference i guess.
