Page numbering is i, ii, customer , iv, 5, 6, 7...
It should reset to 1 after the front matter (roman numerals).

Fixed back in October 2001 for RTJ book for 1.2beta2, but this report was not updated til now. I just now retested it before closing out this bug as fixed and integrated.
