Description
|
The build directory should contain all files generated during the build,
and be able to be deleted prior to each build. The make directory should contain Makefile and files it depends on (other than src).

Fixed. Also did a lot of makefile cleanup and commenting.
Found two source files missing from srclist and several extra
classes in classes directory.
