Not possible due to the problem's nature

It's not possible to install the SDK on a
MS Windows 2000 Advanced server which has more then 4 GB of
physical memory.
If you start the setup on a machine with 7.8 GB free memory,
you get the error message 'Insufficient memory available to run Setup.
Error 111.'
Further installation is not possible.

Comment: Is seems to be a problem of the InstallShield tool. They seem
to have a numeric overflow when detecting the available memory, and the
value becomes negative.

Switch from InstallShield 5.1 to InstallShield 6.3.

EVALUATION

This bug is actually an InstallShield 5.1 bug and the only way to fix it would be to switch to InstallShield 6.3.
