Description

The stylemap files should have these mappings (similar to overview):
OverviewSubHead "ClassSubHead" # SubHead: "Declaration", "Descr.", "See Also"
OverviewSubSubHead "ClassSubSubHead" # (Internal style not used by doclet)
OverviewSubSubSubHead "ClassSubSubSubHead" # (Internal style not used by doclet)
In order to create these, the internal styles in the left column need to be
created.

4646765 <H2> in overview.html should map to ClassSubHead, not ChapterSubHead
