A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
java.awt.Dialog provides constructors for Frame and Dialog
parents. java.awt.FileDialog should provide the same
constructors. It does not supply the constructor
java.awt.FileDialog(Dialog parent)
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
