Description
|
TIFF reader/writer do not use CCITT_RLE nor lsb-to-msb capabilities of codecLib.
The EOL padding capability of the G3 fax encoder is also not used.

Evaluation
|
Capabilities were available in the codecLib wrapper but were not being used. A new RLE compressor needed to be written and the existing T.4 and T.6 compressors modified.
