the dialog telling the user that the computer needs to be rebooted (after the installer completes) contains too long string, which doesn't fit the window;

It seems we have no control over this reboot dialog, so I will have to get installshield to fix it.

InstallShield has told us that IDS_ERROR_74 could be shortened in the ISString.idt for French to temporarily fix this problem.  Assigning to l10n to fix in Tiger.
