EVALUATION

Need more info:
 - what video board is used (I'm assuming it's a grayscale board, like
   Barco or GE Medical)
 - which grayscale mode is used (static gray, user modifiable gray palette,
   modifiable palette with system colors)
 - are there any other videoboards installed on the system
 - what is the order of the videoboards as they appear in Display Properties
   dialog
 - which screen is set as primary
 - please submit the output of 
   /java/jdk/ws/2d/win32utilities/PlatformInfo/Release/PlatformInfo.exe
 - is the problem reproducible with previous releases (1.3.1, 1.4)

CTE Ireland (Rob McKenna) has got the Barco 2MP2 graphics card in their labs.

This has been tested on a Barco grayscale card (2MP2) which supports 3 palette
mode:
- User Modifiable Color Palette (this mode is OK)
- Static Gray Palette including standard system colors (problem)
- Static Gray Palette with NO system colors (problem)
