Description 
        With j2sdk 1.3.1_04-b02 or 1.3.1_02-b02 running with CDE on Solaris 8, 
        Solaris 7 or Solaris 9 the PopupMenu class sometime makes a whole Java 
        application to hang.

Evaluation 
The bug is filed against JDK1.1.3, which is EOL.  However, the description 
says J2SE 1.3.1.  Please rectify this discrepancy.  

There is no test case associated with this bug report, or instructions for 
reproducing it.  Without this information, we cannot investigate this bug.  

However, a quick search of the bug database turned up 4905763, which sounds 
similar.  That bug was fixed in 1.3.1_10.  

I'll set this report to incomplete pending submission of a test case and 
clarification of the release against which this bug is reported.
