Description
The file deploy/make/plugin/common/Defs-windows.gmk needs to be updated.  It currently sets the variables ALT_JRE_CAB_URL and ALT_SDK_CAB_URL to 2 different locations.  We should remove the -jre and -jdk from these variables.  It will make it easier for web engineering.
