We need to make sure the build process picks up pre-eval license for solaris-amd64 platform in FCS build since by the time of 5.0u2 FCS solaris-amd64 will not be FCS'd yet.

solaris amd64 binaries that we ship will not be fcs'd but at the same time, solaris amd64 binaries are required to be laid on top of the solaris i586 platform. So we cannot have two different milestones, but simple need to pick up the pre-eval license for solaris amd64 alone.
