Description
With the new combined cache proposed for mustang, we can now have one dialog in the Java Control Panel that is a cache viewer.
We need to include all the functionality of the two curent cache viewers for plugin and webstart.

following the ui spec, the new Cache Viewer will be a dialog in the control panel, not a seperate program.
Launching javaws -viewer, or javaws w/o a url arg will just launch the Java Control Panel.
