Description: When JTooltip window pops up and is not completely over its parent window, new task is shown in the taskbar. The new task is shown in the taskbar as long as the tooltip is visible. See attached picture.

Bundle tested: jdk-6-beta2-bin-b75-windows-i586-09_mar_2006.exe

Reproduce Step(s):  Compile and run attached file Button.java. Hover a mouse over the JButton
to invoke its tooltip. Check that a new task is shown in the taskbar if the tooltip is not drawn completely over the button.

Reproducible in previous build(s)?  Reproducible on 1.6.0-beta2-b74
				    Not reproducible on 1.6.0-beta-b59c
