6410144 : Mustang JVM crashes with -XX:-UseBiasedLocking
Mustang JVM crashes in compiler thread when it is started with -XX:-UseBiasedLocking on Linux OS. This can be reproduced simply with
java -XX:-UseBiasedLocking -jar /usr/local/jdk1.6.0/demo/jfc/Notepad/Notepad.jar
The same crash happens with NetBeans. I used Mustang builds 71,72,76,78 and the crash report is almost the same all the time. I can reproduce it on Linux Fedora core 5 distribution as well as with Fedora core 4 machine.
Fixed in Mustang build 81. Fix does not apply to Tiger update release train.
Uninitialized variable problem on x86 introduced in b66.
