Description
When observing any processes through jconsole, if user chooses java.lang -> ClassLoading -> Attributes -> LoadedClassCount and double-clicks the value for LoadedClassCount (bar representation), the bar window becomes half-invisible at the time when it first gets populated with the LoadedClassCount.

This should not happen, the Window/ chart visibility should not be affected by the updated value/ help message.

EVALUATION

The Plotter component does not display the time axis until the clock has reached the first whole minute. We should fix this to always diplay a minimum of one or two minutes.
