...are now available. These reflect the changes for Uruguay, Palestine,
and Egypt circulated last week on the time zone mailing list by Paul
Eggert; they also include the (minimalist) changes to zic.8 to clarify
"until" information (more changes may follow in this area if there's
popular demand).
