Description
For the 6488532 fix I added new flag AllocatePrefetchLines
which default value is set dynamicaly in vm_version_<arch>.cpp
files. 
But it does not allow to set the value from command line.

SUGGESTED FIX

Allow to set AllocatePrefetchLines value from command line.
Add asserts to check correct values of allocate prefetch flags.
Allow to set a negative value for 'intx' flags from command line.
