Description
In Rowset RI, JoinRowset logic is incorrect

1. Number of columns in the joined rowset is one less than the correct number of columns
2. The sample program in the pdf tutorial, has an incorrect entry in one of the tables .
In using the CachedRowsetImpl from the Rowset RI, nextPage() doensot populate the rowset with the next set of rows .
