Description
Medialib code occupies significant part (approximately 620K of1.6M) of awt.dll,
but seems to be rarely used by typical applications.

This code should be moved to separate library in order to reduce size of awt.dll.

EVALUATION

Solution is to move medialib code to separate library on windows platform.
Besides this, this fix eliminates static linkage between awt libraries
and medialib library on solaris and linux platforms.
