To run tests with apt.jar on the boot class path, the following tests need fixing:
test/tools/apt/Discovery/discovery.sh NEEDS FIXING
test/tools/apt/Options/options.sh NEEDS FIXING
test/tools/apt/Compile/compile.sh NEEDS FIXING
test/tools/apt/Misc/misc.sh NEEDS FIXING
test/tools/apt/Scanners/scanner.sh NEEDS FIXING
test/tools/apt/verifyVariables.sh NEEDS FIXING
test/tools/apt/Basics/apt.sh NEEDS FIXING
test/tools/apt/Basics/print.sh NEEDS FIXING
