Microsoft has issued a time zone data update KB933360:

August 2007 cumulative time zone update for Microsoft Windows operating systems
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933360

This includes new time zone "Montevideo Standard Time" for Windows. Java needs to be able to detect it.

EVALUATION

There are two new time zones in the Windows update.

- Montevideo Standard Time
  Mapped to America/Montevideo.

- Armenian Standard Time
  Mapped to Asia/Yerevan. This change has obsoleted Caucasus Standard Time which is now defined as GMT+04:00.
