I'm not sure if java->build is the correct category for this, but java->install is certainly not.

The README-JRL.html file is trying to provide a reference to the latest version of itself, but that is a problematic task. There are many 'latest' versions of this file depending on the release and update number. So having the link is hard to keep up-to-date. My recommendation is that this link just be deleted from the document.
This is currently a bug filed against jdk6 and would require a fix to the current jdk6 updates. The jdk7 document will also need to be corrected.

This will be corrected in jdk7, the issue isn't critical enough to fix in any jdk6 update release.
