EVALUATION

I'll put the same driver version restrictions on
these boards (since they're similar): X1300, X1350, X1450,
for both XP and Vista, just to be on the safe side.

On Vista for these boards the required driver will be:
  7.14.10.0567
On XP:
  6.14.10.6706

EVALUATION

This looks like the same problem as with X1600 (see bug 6613066),
which was resolved with the newer drivers.

Unfortunately this is the latest driver available
from Dell for Inspiron 9400 for Vista at this point:
  Driver Version   : 7.14.10.489

I'm working with the submitter trying to locate and
install the latest driver available from www.driverheaven.net
(omegadrivers doesn't have vista drivers).
