We are proposing minor specification changes to JSR56 with new version 6.0.10.
Java Web Start needs to support a jnlp file that specifies <jnlp spec=1.6.0.10 .../>

If MR of JSR56 is approved, javaws will suport the new version.  If not, there is no problem, since there will be no such specification version.
