1. In the CYGWIN package list, the column "Package" should be renamed to "Categories". You may need to divide the "Description" column into 2 -- "Package" and "Description".
2. free.exe belongs to the procps package, System category.
Also, the link.exe issue should be noted, the one in MSVC conflicts with the one in CYGWIN.

Make sure that CYGWIN users know that they should use /usr/bin/make not gnumake.exe or MKS built one.
