Description
It has been decided that the fix for 6656017_6656032_6478142 was far too risky to be introduced in 6u10-b26.

It has caused several problems in both b26 and b27, and did not get enough testing or review.  These fixes will have to go into 6u11.

EVALUATION

A simple ws_undo wouldn't work at this point.  I needed to go back to Rajani's webrev, go the list of the files and revert back to the delta's before her fix for these 3 CR's.  Rajani's 3 CR change went into b26, and there were also some b27 deltas on top of some of the files.  So I then had to go chasing down the files there resolved with those fixes as well, and back them out.  Luckily, all of those fixes were pretty contained and were actually CR's introduced by Rajani's b26 3CR fix (and later fixed in either b26 pit or b27).  So they didn't need to be reimplemented.  Chris Cenotti then reimplemented the b28 fix:

6725355: Auto update is fully broken on VISTA for standard user w/UAC on&off & Admin user with UAC on

The code for the reimplementation of 6725355 was just a copy/paste job.
