Please refer to the 6730926.
As per the fix of that defect, the two clauses have been added in MBeanServerConnection for the 4 createMBean flavors and in MBeanServer for registerMBean.
Problem is that we now miss them for createMBean flavors in the MBeanServer interface description.

Indeed, RuntimeOperationsException is present but RuntimeMBeanException and RuntimeErrorException are not.
