Description
|
Recent investigation confirmed that keeping jqs.conf file in sync with latest binary JRE bits is
important to archive maximum performance.
For example, experiment with tuning config for 6u10b32 helped to improve cold startup time for
simple swing apps and simple java webstart application by more than 40%.
We have to make sure we update jqs.conf for next update release.
Ideally we would automate config generation adn benchmarking so that we can get numbers in alacrity on a regular basis and include config updates into build process.
