Till 6u11 b03 the title comes as given in the JNLP file in this case 'CacheViewer-TestCase-Applet'

A regression caused by the fix for 6740227 in 6u12 b01.
Fix is to obtain the title string from the launchDesc and uses it as the title of the JFrame. If the title isn't available, sets it to "JNLPApplet2Viewer".
