Problem:
GCC 4.3.0 has a problem with mulnode.o optimized compilation
producing a code which loops infinitely inside MulINode::Ideal()
method.

Solution:
Switch off GCC 4.3.0 optimized compilation for mulnode.o.
Also restore JPRT runThese_Xcomp testing on linux.
