Sub Tasks

Description
Update the design of the signed-cert and the self-signed security warning dialogs to make the messages clearer.  The dialogs should be better differentiated.  The signed-cert dialog should be easier to understand and "less scary" to end users.  The self-signed dialog should cause the user more concern, and should show the appropriate information (don't show things that can be easiiy spoofed.
