gss wrap for cfx doesn't handle rrc != 0

Heimdal and mac os x always use an RRC != 0



STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
git clone ###@###.###:heimdal/heimdal.git
cd heimdal
sh autogen.sh
./configure
make
cd tests/java
make check



REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
