This can be observed on Chrome with applet specify relative height or width.

Try to refresh the page several times, if the FX application stage contents don't show unless you move or resize Chrome a little bit, the bug is reproduced.

From the stack, we can see that when create the frame window, we used the out-of-date size information as the setAppletSize message had arrived.
