Some components lost shadows after the latest fix of translucent windows.
Check shadow of drop-down list in the attached testcase.

This is the issue reproduced from 7 GA (7u6 on Mac OS X), that deferral was approved by 7u6 RT, this is not a regression in 8, requesting to defer again because there are no customer escalations on this issue.

Another similar issue with translucent windows is that transparent areas aren't transparent to mouse clicks and when user clicks on fully transparent areas of a window, the window intercepts mouse clicks and mouse clicks won't be passed to the other windows underneath the non-opaque window.
