Description

a number of corba bugs were fixed in JDK 6 but were never forward ported to the openJDK releases. This bug report serves to correct that.

The old corba product category (jets/idl) in bugster is now read only so no new subCRs can be created there. 

Bug fixes being forward ported : 
* 6725987 ORB.destroy() does not cleanup correctly and ORB object instances are not garbage collected. 
* 6796140 Further ORB changes after 6725987 
* 6773533 Regression in the IIOP stack that produces either IOE or JVM crash
