Description
In 7166309 we added support for setting the dock name and icon on the Mac. The native code was properly factored so we only added the arguments on the Mac, but platform specific checks were not added in Java, so now the name and icon will be set on non-Mac platforms if it is necessary to relaunch the JVM for any reason.
