Please see the attached image. 

Getting a missing msvcr100D.dll error, when tried to enable the jabswitch.   I see a similar file msvcr100.dll (missing D) . 

Trying to reproduce the same on another system

To Reproduce:

1. Use a Win XP system
2. Used the 32 bit install bundles from Chris http://bus2001067.us.oracle.com/archives/2012/06/2012-06-04-194637.cgruszka.master/bundles/
3. This XP system had 7 u4 earlier
4. Installation went through ok
5. Tried to enable the bridge from jabswitch -enable

Expected:

Enable the Access Bridge

Actual:
