Please see the attached image. 

Getting a missing msvcr100D.dll error, when tried to enable the jabswitch.   I see a similar file msvcr100.dll (missing D) . 

Trying to reproduce the same on another system

To Reproduce:

1. Use a Win XP system
2. Used the 32 bit install bundles (Jre offline installer) from Chris http://bus2001067.us.oracle.com/archives/2012/06/2012-06-04-194637.cgruszka.master/bundles/
3. This XP system had 7 u4 earlier
4. Installation went through ok
5. Tried to enable the bridge from jabswitch -enable

Expected:

Enable the Access Bridge

Actual:

Getting the attached dll error
Same issue is reproducible with Win 7 too.

Tried to enable the bridge from the Control Panel <Enable> checkbox.  
This is trying to execute the jabswitch in the dos windows and getting the same dll error.
Could be reprodueced using 32 bit and 64 bit systems with 32 bit and 64 bit JREs.
