Steps to reproduce:
1. On Mac 10.7+, install latest jre 8 nightly bundle: http://rehudson.us.oracle.com:8080/hudson/job/jdk8_deploy-1-prebuild/ws/bundles/macosx-amd64/b255-2012-11-07_485/jre-8-ea-bin-b255-macosx-amd64-07_nov_2012.dmg
2. Open JCP, disable Java at user level.
3. run "javaws http://bugster.central.sun.com", if you see a dialog saying something like "Do not ask again until the next update is available...", then the issue is reproduced.
