...are now available; these reflect the changes circulated last week by
Paul Eggert on the time zone mailing list, as well as an updated link to
the ICU project in tz-link.htm.

Changes:

* Brazil will observe DST from 2007-10-14 00:00 to 2008- customer -17 00:00.

* Egypt switched earlier than we expected.

* Likewise for Gaza.

* Iran will resume DST next year.

* Venezuela is currently planning to change time zones on January 1,
  to -04:30.  This seems to be a bit disorganized, but I suppose we
  can change the database later as needed.

Does anybody realize that Brazil's time zone changes tomorrow.  How do I get the beta releaes of tzupdater so that I may updater my systems

Venezuela's Time Zone is changing  sooner then January 1st now.  See:

Yes, Venezuela will change to -4:30 GMT on December 9th at 3:00 a.m. So, it will be 2:30 a.m. at this time with the new TimeZone. So, is the current TZUPDATER Tool ready?

Where is the updated TZUpdater tool for Venezuelan time zone change?!?
