Description
|
jdk/test/java/util/Locale/data/deflocale.sol10 has a TLDA at the top. If it is in the OpenJDK area, it should be marked with a pure GPL notice (probably) or GPL+CP notice.
Please ensure no TLDA copyrights make it to the open jdk repos and vice versa for closed repos.

Evaluation

Although the said portion of the file was never meant to be the TLDA header (just an output from 'cat /etc/release' command in order to distinguish the platform), these files should move to closed area.

Instead of moving the data file to closed, just put the placeholder for the copyright output from `uname -a` should suffice.
