When would the fix be available?

It has caused some problems in java applications.

When is the tzupdater1.3.6 available?
Is there a  workaround before the new release?

We are facing serious problems in our Peoplesoft Environment. Can you kindly inform us the dates when this patch will be available.

We are having major issues with our Wirless Performace Tool due this . Can you please let us know when this patch will be released

There is a DST issue on java applications with TIMZONE Setting as Asia/Karachi for  Pakistan. 

The System data/time is working fine now. But all java applications still have one hour late.

When will the tzupdater 1.3.6 be released?Any information on this?

Is there any work around or manual fixes before new tzupdater tool is released?
